The focus of the class is to find a deep connection to your own breath, and it is from this place that we move into poses, flow between them, or be still. Suitable for all levels of yoga experience.

Shoshannah Orenstein has always had yoga in her life, forever grateful for the connection it brings. Shoshannah teaches Vinyasa yoga that also draws on her experiences of Iyengar, Ashtanga and Tantra traditions, as well as her love of dance. Shoshannah creates classes that flow, access flexibility and strength, while also finding precious space and stillness, by connecting deeply to breath. She believes in finding union and well being of mind, body and spirit through a joyful yoga practice.
