Hoop Diving uses a lot of floor tumbling skills so having some is useful but not absolutely necessary. Wrists and ankles need to be in good shape.
Stephen has worked in the entertainment industry for over 30 years. He is currently working with the National Institute of Circus Arts (NICA) as a Trainer, Circus Director and Industry Liaison Officer. In 2011 he was Director and Executive Producer of the inaugural Melbourne Circus Festival. Last year he again directed the Candy Butchers for the Adelaide Fringe Festival and helped We3 get their act together.
