Duo Trapeze (Beginners)

DUO TRAPEZE (BEGINNERS)
We will cover basics like duo trapeze conditioning, basing from catchers and sit, body positioning (safe lifting technique), basic mounts and a range of beginner and intermediate skills. For more advanced students, we will look at dynamic technique, tempos, catch and release moves. Students should have a basic level of fitness and aerial experience to participate, and must be able to climb a rope and (ideally) pull over into catcher’s position. Please bring a partner!
